- For years, Justin Credible has faced accusations of scamming fans, no-showing events, lying, and being downright shady. I decided to confront him directly to hear his side of the story.

Addicts don’t choose to scam people; their addiction takes over.
@@MavenKHuffman Honestly disappointed with you Maven. you gave Justin way too much benefit of the doubt and didn’t hold him accountable at all. you ate up all his excuses and even offered him some excuses yourself. yeah you may have came around in the end of the video but you didn’t challenge justin on anything he said while in person. this isn’t the right type of video for you to be making if you can’t apply pressure to the people you’re “confronting”
@@MavenKHuffman ‼️PLEASE READ‼️
Justin’s excuse of needing food doesn’t justify anything. He should’ve returned the customers their money once he realized he couldn’t afford to ship. it’s not fair for him to rely on fans to pay for his families meals meanwhile scamming his fans. also sounds like he admitted to using his disabled sons SS checks for himself and his comparison to Pro Wrestling Tees is horrible because even if their shipping is delayed atleast you’re guaranteed to receive your item unlike with Justin. If Justin realized he was falling behind on shipping items and wasn’t capable of making up for things then he shouldn’t have continued to sell merch afterwards since he knew he owed people money and had struggled to fulfill transactions in the past. this is all just a scammer who’s unable to take any accountability and all he can do is blame people he scammed by calling them marks, weirdos, saying they’re out of their mind or claiming they were rude to them as if they don’t have the right to be angry after being scammed by someone they looked up to

Maven’s RUclips career is becoming more iconic than his WWE career
Very original content
His career was never iconic it was bad. But mavens great
Maven’s content is pretty solid stuff. I enjoy his style of interviews.
He had a Leg up on the Media before other wrestlers So him being retired let him say things wrestlers couldn’t until now
I agree. As much as he loved wrestling, his true calling is behind the mic. WWE, if you read this - get this man a speaking job, you will not regret it!
His WWE career was a flop
Dude doesn’t understand he talks just like a liar would talk lol

He scammed us too. Me and my friend used to own a wrestling RUclips channel. We paid PJ for a podcast appearenace, which he dodged for 3 days claiming his son was sick. As parents ourselves we understood that. We got the podcast nailed down eventually.
After that we reached out to PJ as we were doing an event in the UK in 2022 called For The Love of Wrestling and we were holding a raffle to win a shed load of wrestling stuff. All procceds from that raffle were going to charity. My wife is a nurse and worked through the covid pandemic so we figured that we would donate all the money from the raffle to the National Health Service here in the UK as they got shit on funding wise during the pandemic.
We hit up previous guests we had on the podcast, purchased merch, some was signed and everyone came through without an issue, except PJ.
We Paid his £75 for a Justin Credible T-shit, an Aldo Montoya mask and I think there was something else and PJ said he would sign it. My friend who fronted the PJ bill tried reaching out to find out what was going on and got blocked. Dude is nothing but a thief.
This is absolutely appalling to say the least and even though I don't know you I'm inclined to believe you just for the simple fact of the matter that you have literally nothing at all to gain to lie about this.. I'm so sorry you and your wife put and everyone else who was involved with the raffle/charity event put all your time, effort, money, care and considering into trying to do something good for your fellow wrestling fans/fellow human beings and you weren't even given an explanation?! I mean things do happen and things come up and life happens . Okay. Understandable. But to block the guy who you said footed the bill PJ aggred to pay himself on multiple occasions after he sent him a message just trying to get some form of an answer and was disrespected and blocked...
Yeah I’d absolutely scam you too if you were an idiot and evil enough to support the death organization known as nhs, how many people has your wife spat on and let them rot in there bed? Nhs gets money for every baby they kill, why would anyone willingly support you funding a government program that already steals from people, and for what reason? To shove propaganda about Covid of which it’s all been debunked , I hope you’ve changed your mind you naive supporter of evil

Maven is auditioning for his own catch a predator show and I’m all here for it.
“Hey predators, Maven here.”

Sad part is he doesn’t even realize he is a scam artist. “I kept his 40 bucks with the best intentions, not like it was 400”.
lol him trying to justify this ish is outrageous
Hmmm, yeah... I was hoping this video would show him in a brighter light. But Justin kept deflecting a lot. I mean, he admits it, but at the same time, he kind of says he isn't at complete fault. There are a bit of mixed messages.
Which is a sickness in and of itself
Indeed. A nice guy scam artist is still a scam artist.
Basically dude was just playing the victim
This is the kind of dude who is convinced he could talk his way out of a courtroom to a Judge, but in reality, nobody is buying it.
And then maybe he succeeds on something fairly small once or twice, but not because he's that good but because the judge was already feeling merciful, but now he has it in his head that it was all him.
He's definitely the type to argue that he's a sovereign citizen to get out of a speeding ticket 😂
Says he doesn’t need a lawyer and will defend himself …
Hey Maven, it’s Korey from your Justin Credible video. I want to clarify my comment about jazz.
Justin and I had made a deal for him to sign 250 cards for me for a fee . He signed the cards and I paid him. He didn’t mail them back. I did a signing with jazz to do the same type of card, the WWE wrestler. I told her I was having trouble with Justin and she said she would text him on my behalf and tell him to quit messing around. While we were doing the signing, she pulled out her phone and sent him a text message that said hey, Korey is a good dude, don’t jerk him around.
He sent back about half the cards. It sucks because his signature actually sells well. If he would stop being a scammer, he could make money. I would use him and do signings with him a couple times a year.
Sucks that he doesn’t really remember or says he hasn’t talked to Jazz in 20 years because she texted him in early 2022 on my behalf.
Cool for clarification, i have no idea who u are but some reason id take ur word over Justin
It probably sells well because this lazy bum didn't flood the market with his autographs
What's truly sad about all of this is that Justin probably had(and maybe even still has) lots of loving fans and that if he would have just been honest and legitimately asked people for some form of help via a Go Fund Me or something or that nature asking if anyone out there who has even $1 to spare to help him cover some of his medical expenses, explained that he and his family were really going through hell and needed every prayer and all the help they can get and so on... People probably would have freaking helped him 😞
Justin Credible: It's true but I scammed those people with the best intentions
It all makes sense now 🥴 as long as his intentions were good he’s a good guy.
@@RestingBeachFace721 Apparently so 😂
Yea. He doesn't come across great to me in this video tbh lol.
Like all criminals they justify their actions 😂
That was crazy when he said that
“I’m not a scammer. All I did was take money for promised merch and never held up my end. But it was an accident!”
"once you factor in food to eat and then shipping, i didn't make enough..." or something liek that lol
It’s hilarious he genuinely doesn’t understand that he’s scammed fans

@@sportsbettingeducationit's not that he doesn't understand, it's that he's blocking himself from understanding. Anybody who says "I'm a good man, I'm an honest guy" is usually a liar. Every honest man I've ever met was humble
You know what's funny? THIS should have been Justin Credible's gimmick in WWE. Scamming wrestlers, fans, being dishonest - then cutting sincere promos all the time about how he's honest and just a good man.
That would’ve been good. They should still do it now with someone that would be a great gimmick

Why he is not in jail?
Well he admitted to scamming people, but he did make excuses for it all. Really bad excuses too like saying he had good intentions and believes in god etc. If he really felt that guilty he would have obviously refunded those people.
that's the point maven gave a shot and I feel he blew it
@@madness-b8k Yeah, if he really had "good intentions," he would have got a job somewhere to get the money to send these people either their money back or make good on the merch he was supposed to send them in the first place.

I love the small conversation that you had with Justin to make sure he was consenting to the questions asked and kind of comforting him beforehand, never change Maven
He sadly just gave him a platform to continue lying while actually blaming his fans for “making it a big deal”
@jeremyg84 that is also unfortunately true, the tone in his voice and the way he tried to make it feel like "not a big deal" is still too weird
And that would have been edited out had he said no.
He also does and shows that then has the click bait title of “This Wrestler scams his fans”. Huge fan of Maven and his channel but this whole video seems pretty disingenuous one way or another.
@@manufaustino316it's a sensible issue, if you're too confrontational you light risk not getting any response or material. Maven gave him the platform to explain himself and JUSTIN chose to lie. I personally don't hold Maven responsible.
@@numa2k147 exactly what I think! Just effing around dude. Not trying to start crap. Have a good day bro!
I was doing a podcast a couple of years ago and i was told by some peers that Justin was a good guy. I contacted him about coming on the podcast and he asked for $50 for the interview. I was out with my family and he asked for the $50 a couple of days before the interview. Day of the interview he gave me an excuse. Following week he gave me another excuse. Then so on and so forth. I don’t know how he is now but 5 years ago he was on my shitlist. What’s sad is that we both are Portuguese and i saw him as an inspiration because he made something of himself in America.
As a recovering drug addict myself, I can tell that this guy is lying through his teeth. Of course, I’m sure EVERYONE can see that, but I felt obligated to try and convey the sheer volume of his lies. It’s impressive.
Anything to make some bread from being cut in 100%, you think they would bring this guy to court and sue him already!!!!?
Aye it's classic addict responsibility-baiting, you give a little bit of a truth and then immediately spin your next lie to cover your ass.
Yep you’re right
But also, this is very common among hard drug addicts. They manage to weave entire stories that it’s not their fault and they are actually the victim.
BTW, good luck on your continued journey and congratulations for getting this far.
I don’t know you. But I am proud of you
If true, you should also have some sympathy for him. Not saying what you said isn't true to an extent. But if you've actually been in his shoes then you should have a better understanding of why he did/does what he did/does.
@lordbywargard5798 the amount of money they sent him isn't worth the court costs. in some cases even the cops won't arrest unless the item or goods is over a certain amount (i think in my town it's $750)
I want to believe PJ but there's a lot of aggressive energy and defensiveness in this interview that makes it hard for me to think he's 100% on the level, especially when he says things like "I was going to ship it but then I bought food." Bro, come on.
If we are to believe him, then he scammed everyone but the first person it happened to.
The explanation that he “didn’t intend to” only works for that first person. Once you realize you’re short money to ship stuff out and you keep taking orders, then you’re scamming people.
Plus, it very quickly devolves into all of his accusers being “scumbags”, “weirdos”, and “marks”.
Indeed, he is lying scum.
It's always suspicious when someone spends so much time saying they're a good person, good people generally don't need to verbalise that
Hes scum.
For me it's the constant "It was just that one time..." "That only happened once, *maybe* twice..."
Like my dude, if it's "only that one time", several times - it wasn't *only one time*.
Plus the whole "Oh people are just primed to react that way to me, they got that impression in their heads already"... I *wonder* where they got that impression? Like if it really was just once or twice, fine that's some poor decision-making but not necessarily malicious... but if it's *that many* incidents - yeah no at that point you're making a conscious choice about it all.
[and I'm only 8mins in at this point, I'm really only watching to the end because I know YT tracks watch time & completion rate and want to support Maven's channel]
i worked with PJ back between 2008-2011 when I ran a small indy company. I feel like I booked him right as all this stuff began. Right away I can hear it in his voice here - he THINKS he's working everyone. I booked him 3 or 4 times. Every event he would ask for a little extra money and had excuses to make me feel sorry for him - which I did at the time! He would petition to work the opening match or middle of the card so he could leave early. Honestly I think I was one of the last ones to work with him before he really took a downward spiral. You're such a class act Maven. You handled this very respectfully and I'm happy in the end that you came to the conclusion that we all know is the truth. You let him have his chance to make his peace and you kept it neutral. P.S. i dont think he's starving trying to buy food - look at the guy!!! Great job brother ;)

That's how the interview should be. Let him dig his own grave.
You kind of have to have this approach with certain people because if you confront them, then the interview is over. They'll walk off. So you can expose them by lulling them into a false sense of security.
I was hoping for a bit more confrontational format (especially w the clickbait-y thumbnail) but as the others mentioned, it prolly works much better this way, allowing him to showcase his bullshit wo interruption.

Yep and even if he's being truthful it doesn't excuse his actions one bit. He's just using classic excuses like "I had good intentions" and "I know it was bad" to justify it rather than seriously making an effort to return the money he stole.
I think him being addicted makes this all morally very blury, addiction is a sickness. I’m sure he had the intention to ship the stuff but then his addiction kicks in and he uses all the money to buy something and Dosent have the money to ship it’s still sucks but in my opinion it’s something else then doing it with intention, he needs to get help and own his mistakes

This video will probably result in the exposure video getting twice the views now.

Maven is the only wrestler that got a decent youtube partner. Not only does he allow Maven to be the focus of the channel, but according to Maven he helps him come up with all these ideas. Look at the other wrestlers. Undertaker is paired with that Matt guy who loves the spotlight, talks too much, and wants undertaker to share the spotlight. The guy Stevie is with....whoever the British guy is. Stevie needs to find himself a better partner, he is awful. Devons guy is bts and doesn't want a bunch of camera time, but they just started so I will hold off judgement. I know we are all here for Maven, and Maven has been a huge reason this channel blew up(his likeability, story telling, talking style, etc.), but we should also appreciate Maven's partner. He has helped take a mid card wrestler (no offense obviously), and really helped Maven see his true potential while allowing Maven to be the face of the channel with no little sidekick and turned Maven into the Stone Cold of the youtube wrestling landscape.

Maven is a natural tv host. I know he's pretty much set for life, but he could easily be working in investigative journalism or as a host on a morning talk show. His producer as well, whoever it is, is really good.
I don't mind Stevie's dude, he's atleast a wrestler or former wrestler, he's also dutch mantels RUclips partner
Bro wrote an essay lmao, like be for real
I also don't like Stevie's British guy.
“He’s a skinny 18 year old who lives with his mother and father”
“I haven’t spoken to him in 15 years.”
Bro was working with a three year old?
😅😂
😂😂😂
lmao
18 + 15= 33
And that was after the part where he said "a decade ago? Dude, I barely remember what happened 10 days ago". Followed later by "oh yeah, I remember that kid, haven't spoken to him in 15 years" followed by telling us these stories about him.
This guy has a built in excuse for every shitty thing he did. He will admit some guilt to try and make himself seem honest and garner a little pitty then he turns it around on everyone else. “ yeah I scammed $40 but you know after fees I only get 37 and then I gotta eat. And these people all feel entitled”…. Literally went through the exact steps in one sentence.
“Yeah I asked fans in the audience for money, I was fucked up. But why does he keep bringing it up and seem more bothered than me”….. lol bro can’t just say “yeah I did that, I’m sorry”
I bet in his head he actually blames everyone else for everything he’s done.
He did every addict defense mechanism in such a short amount of time, the "didn't have the money" was the funniest part as you see him out of shape and fat, id understand what he's saying if he was skin and bones clearly not able to feed himself but dude you clearly have the funds to feed yourself, you have the funds to return the money you scammed
@@fried_tacos1587 Being fat does not mean someone is overeating or eating enough.
I'm not defending Justin, mind.
I'm obese, and I can barely afford groceries sometimes. It's because what I CAN afford is unhealthy but cheap to get in bulk & I also don't exercise enough.
Again; I'm not disagreeing with your post. Justin has scammed people & is deflecting. But 'He's fat' does not automatically mean 'He can't feed himself'.
It could mean 'he can't feed himself healthy food'.
I mean, in this case, I'd believe he is eating OK unless he really is spending food money on an addiction.
Just pointing out that fat does not automatically mean 'eats well'.
@@Eguzkybeing fat literally means you overeat. You don’t see many fat homeless people unless they are newly homeless. You have to overeat to get and stay fat. stop it. He’s not buying groceries lol he’s buying fast food and junk food

“Now I’m getting angry” he really going through all the stages of denial as this video goes along…
Now he knows how everyone that he has ever ripped off feels. I am getting madder at him making up a bunch of excuses
Irritating to listen to
Denial, anger, and bargaining. The next step is depression. But that will just lead to drug use, probably.
Wow he immediately throws out the “hey contact me in real life” rebuttal.
@@mrbransformer4184 “you’re not blocked on my email” like he’d respond to it anyway

I went to a show a few years ago because Justin Credible and Sunny were supposed to be there. Credible just didn't show up. Sunny went to jail. It was still a good night.
"Justin wasn't there, and Sunny went to jail" sounds like a Country music song title! 🤣🤣

5:20 As someone who ran a ebay side-business for decades: When people pay you for a product... you HOLD ON TO THE MONEY until the items have been shipped. You then HOLD ON TO THE MONEY until they have received it, had no issues, and all fees connected to the transaction have been paid. THEN you PAY YOURSELF. If your need food with that money, you go to the food bank and do whatever it takes to make sure those people who paid you, get their products. Its what's right and legal. If that's not sustainable, then you alter the business strategy or you stop right there and refund people.
@@Darklordtomcruise logic in a RUclips comment section is refreshing
Funny you bring up ebay, even they changed things over the years so they hold on to the money until the item has been mailed and scanned into the system. It's extremely easy to take advantage of transactions like this, so Justin looks even worse trying to claim he's just trying to make ends meet.
They only do that for new sellers...@Basillikos

Yeah, idk about this video. Do you know who else says they go to church? All the people caught on To Catch A Predator. Just because someone goes to church, doesn't mean they are good.
@BrettJ2010 Yeah believing in god is a bullshit term people run to when they're in trouble. They don't seem to grasp the fact that you don't need to believe in god to be an honourable and moral person and god won't make you one, you are who you are.

I just commented the exact same thing before I read this.
This is tough. Being a former wrestler for LA's XPW about 15 years ago, many of us had no money. We were doing what we loved because it gave us purpose and because people wanted to see it. We made no money off it. Show me one single XPW guy that made millions off the damage to their body and others. The problem is, this guy is playing on our sympathy. You can't f'n steal from people. That's illegal, and victims are going to take serious offense to that. I would. You can't say "Oh gee see there, you cursed at me for stealing your hard earned money so f you and YOU'RE the bad guy!" Life doesn't work that way. You're no different than the thieves stealing catalytic converters to resell. To say that your victims are entitled and act like aholes wouldn't convince anyone. I also consider calling a fan a "mark" and therefore deserving of anything that happens to be absolutely pathetic. I don’t know how I feel about Maven kissing this guy's ass in order to get the interview, placating him DURING the interview, then condemning him in the end when he's back home and alone. Sorry Maven, I've enjoyed your channel thus far, but this really comes off as douchey.
Justin took my $60 buying his book. He never mail the book to me. I wanted to support his book, as I thought he was a great wrestler in ECW.
Did you also “invest” in the hawk tuah meme coin? 🤭
@@BlakeWheelersBurnerAccount😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
$60 for a book? why would you ever pay that much for a book. New Stephen King and other new books from legit authors only cost $20 to $30.
@@EddieHenderson92 I mean, maybe a well known author, first edition, autographed copy might pull down $60 or more, but certainly not just a regular book.
No recovering addict would ever say "I haven't done anything hard in over 15 or 20 years." If you didn't know to the day, you'd certainly know how many years it was.
Actually, I would. I was asked my clean date the other day and couldn't begin to remember it, nor can I remember how many years it's been.
@@you7uber5 You've no idea at all how many years you've been clean? Has it been a very long time?
I have no idea the date that I quit as I relapsed many times, ive been clean like 8 years or so give or take. Thing is addicts arent good with time and are forgetful etc, Im not tryin to excuse this scammer at all im just saying each addict is different. Alot do know exact dates etc specially if they use a program or AA/NA etc but those of us that did it without all that can have trouble recalling exact dates and times.
Why are you talking in absolutes like this? Come on.
To be honest this isn’t true lmao. I was using heroin and Xanax for years and honestly I don’t remember the date I stopped. I stopped keeping track of that after like a year. Once I got my new phone and got rid of the one with that app that tracks how long, I totally forgot my clean date. so if someone asks I will usually just say I’ve been clean like 6 or 7 years. It’s not that serious and not everyone “takes it a day at a time” to remain clean. I’m just, clean. That’s just some cliche thing people who first get clean take serious to try to stay clean and gives them a goal to work towards and reach. I get it but after enough time I just didn’t wanna get high and urges left and so did the urge to know how many days I’ve been clean.

3) On Gov't Disability/Social Security
DUDE... Justin (I don't feel right calling him by his birth name, respectfully) not fucking with any insurance for himself is a sad yet true thing that has to be done at times. NO one would believe it, but if you have someone on disability, or if you are yourself? You can't get married, own a car, own a house, have a bank account over about 4-digits WITHOUT it possibly affecting, even causing loss, of SSI Disability insurance. If it's your kid that has it? You essentially have to make sure you make around Minimum Wage (I mean only ONE person on Minimum Wage. Not both parents. That'd automatically be to much income sources.) and forget owning any new vehicles until they're 18.
As for ring ready with a leg looking that bad.....
............... ok, this one hurts to explain. I take medication (Gabapentin) to make sure I never have that issue. That thing, if it isn't hurting like hell, it's because the nerve damage is that severe that he can walk on it normal. And that's what makes it ring ready. No one said anything about it being healthy. I'm pretty sure Maven could do HOURS on the differences between "Being Healthy" and "Being Ring Ready".
Sadly in this day and age second chances are becoming more "What can I get away with next?" than "I'll do better next time."

Not really a Christian if your swearing on loved ones' lives. As Christians, we aren't supposed to swear on anything living.
and he wears cheap plastic rosary beads
@@bigwillystroker What does he wear matter?
As Christians you're not supposed to believe in human sacrifice and your entire religion is based on it. You're also not supposed to get tattoos and you're supposed to sacrifice animals to your God. But you pick and choose which parts you want to follow. Which doesn't matter anyway because everything was just stolen from six other religions that came before you. And they stole it from many other cultures that came before them. I'm sure you're very happy during Easter time pretending it's about Jesus when it's really a pagan holiday about Eastore The goddess of fertility who uses eggs and rabbits to usher in the season of spring. They just co-opted that holiday and said now it's about Jesus! This is why I laugh whenever someone religious tries to pretend they understand what someone else should or shouldn't do in the name of their religion. 99.9999999% of the time they couldn't be any more wrong about what they are saying.
Each to their own, no need to talk down on religious people like you are any smarter or better@@ModernDayRenaissanceMan
@@ModernDayRenaissanceMan And you think that’s the reason people follow Christianity? Religion is just a mere title. I don’t put my trust and faith on religion, but in Christ. Christianity has been used to justify a whole bunch of nonsense, and this wrestler in the video used the title Christian to make himself seem more righteous and morally good.
Also, the first part of your argument doesn’t make sense because Jesus wasn’t fully human. He is 100% human and 100% God.
He died on the Cross for our sins. To help you understand more about the 100% human and 100% God, I’ll tell you. The birth of Jesus Christ was different to us humans. The mother of Jesus (Mary) was a virgin when she birthed Jesus. The Holy Spirit conceived Jesus and therefore making Jesus’ birth a miracle.
And you’re telling me that I created Christianity? I didn’t steal anything from any religion. And yes, something’s are going to be earlier than other things. The religion Christianity was named AFTER Jesus was crucified on the cross.
God was always there the whole time even when other people were creating their own religion. You think God loved other people idolizing false gods? No, of course not. You think that stopped people? Well clearly not since now everyone believes and follows Christ.
I don’t want to argue with anyone and clearly that’s the only reason you commented, which was to make me hot headed but I’m just trying to give you some knowledge about Jesus because He is the only thing that matters. I pray that you have a good rest of your day/night ❤️✝️

Hey Maven, I appreciate you for trying to help someone when they’re in need.
I had a chance to attend a seminar with Justin in 2014, and it was a great experience. The following day there was a show that he lobbied for me to be put on. Not to mention that when someone else who I won't name no showed he tried to change his match in order to work with me.
While the promoter went in another direction, I'll never forget that feeling of having someone you grew up idolizing vouch for your work. Justin had recently become sober from heroin, but sadly it was obvious that he traded one vice for another. He had been drinking the entire day of that show. It was a complicated situation, especially growing up in a household that struggled with substance abuse.
Since that day, I've always hoped that he would be able to conquer his addictions and give back to the community. He's a wealth of knowledge, and I know that somewhere past all of his issues he's a good person. I just don't know if he's in a position of life where he's unable to help himself, let alone others.
Thanks for the insight, great comment!
This is unbelievable. He’d take the $40 and spend it on food then say he doesn’t have money to ship it. This guy is legitimately a bad guy. Crazy how he deflects the blame on the victims of his scam.

Calling fans “entitled” when all they did was purchase some merch from you.. to help you out.. is all you need to know about his character.
